Low (removable)
Low is easy to remove and is used, among other things, to seal pamphlets and brochures. This is useful so that the brochure or pamphlet is not damaged when the seal is removed

Strong (permanent)
Strong adhesive seal stickers are used when the seal must absolutely not come off easily. This includes sealing medicine boxes, product packaging, or shipping boxes.
